We are recruiting new interns!

The CCEIS invites senior students, undergraduates, and graduate students to apply for an internship at the CCEIS. The program will be interesting for students of international relations, world economy, area and oriental studies, law, history. Interns will participate in applied projects and in the development of new fundamental research.

Essay (no more than 5000 characters including spaces) on one of the proposed topics 


• The global economy in the era of COVID: labor migration, inflation, the role of regional integration associations in the recovery (it is not necessary to consider all of these factors)
• The EAEU - pros and cons for Russia and its foreign economic policy?
• External and internal challenges to the EU's role on the world stage
• Russian-Chinese cooperation during the pandemic
• The multi-vector foreign policy of the Central Asian countries: derivations for Russia
• Turkey's Policy in Central Asia and the South Caucasus: Challenges and Opportunities for Russia
• Russian government policy in the Arctic: challenges and opportunities
• Cooperation between Russia and [select any country] in the field of sustainable development of the Arctic region. Is sustainable development possible in the Arctic?
• Continuity and change in US foreign policy under the Biden administration compare to the foreign policy under the Trump administration.
• Similarities and differences in the US and the EU policies towards Russia. 
• Prospects for Russian-American relations in the upcoming 3-5 years.

If you wish, you can also send your favorite text on international relations or the world economy. It can be your essay, term paper, post, article. The only thing that matters is that you really like this text. This paper will not be assessed, but we might refer to it in case of any doubts about the decision on your essay. 

We ask candidates not to send their CVs - they will be requested at the next stages of the competition.
