Lecture "Results of the Presidential Elections in Brazil."

On November 2018,  a meeting of HSE Latin-American Club focused on the results of the presidential elections in Brazil was held with the support of the Ibero-American Section of CCEIS. The lecturer - Lyudmila Semenovna Okuneva (MGIMO-University).

The summary of the lecture is next:
1) Jair Bolsonaro’s coming to power is a natural event.
2) The pre-election situation in Brazil is “burned-out political field”.
3) Jair Bolsonaro changed the rules and logic of the presidential race in Brazil.
4) Now the society has again turned out to be divided and radicalized, but most of them are all the same for Bolsonaro.
