The cooperation between Kosevich’s Naukozaciya project and the Observatório Rússia–América Latina (Ruslat), operating under the Department of International Relations at PUC Minas, is aimed at promoting academic and analytical exchange between Russian and Latin American scholars specializing in the study of politics, economics, and international relations of Russia and Latin America.

The Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas), founded in 1958, is among the five largest universities in Brazil and was recognized as the country’s best private university by the Best Universities Award 2010.

Joint initiatives between Naukozaciya and the Observatório Rússia–América Latina include the preparation of analytical publications, online discussions, and the development of joint science communication projects.

The partnership between Naukozaciya and Argentina’s Centro de Estudios Tales de Mileto focuses on fostering academic dialogue between Russian and Argentine researchers, as well as producing joint scholarly and educational materials for publication in journals dedicated to international relations, geopolitics, and the development of BRICS+ countries.

The Naukozaciya blog won the HSE University Best Science Communication Works Contest 2023, confirming its significant contribution to scientific outreach and the popularization of academic research.
