Ekaterina Kosevich Took Part in the International Discussion Program OBSERVATÓRIO DE GEOPOLÍTICA (Brazil)

On August 21, 2025, Ekaterina Kosevich, Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Comprehensive European and International Studies (CCEIS), HSE University, PhD in Political Science and expert on Latin America, participated in the international discussion program OBSERVATÓRIO DE GEOPOLÍTICA on a Brazilian YouTube channel hosted by renowned journalist Luís Nassif.

The episode focused on Russia–China relations and their impact on strengthening Russia’s presence in Latin America. The discussion was broadcast live and brought together experts from various countries in the region.

Among the invited participants were Professor Javier Vadel (Argentina), a China specialist, and Brazilian researcher Bruno Haiming.

Ekaterina Kosevich delivered her report in Spanish; the organizers provided translation and subtitles for a broad international audience.

The program is part of a regular series of monthly discussions on geopolitics, attracting thousands of viewers.
