University Consortium
The University Consortium (UC) is an ambitious partnership of six leading academic institutions of the USA, the EU, and Russia, aimed at delivering a training program for outstanding students and young academics. It was formed in 2015 as a response to deteriorating relations between Russia and the US and Europe. The UC promotes critical thought, constructive dialogue, and mutual trust among our three regions.
The core of the Consortium consists of our six permanent members:

Today, the UC represents a rare and increasingly important inter-regional network, aimed at stimulating dialogue among groups of students, faculty, and policy-elites.
